We're looking for an AI Research Intern – Agentic AI Frameworks. The resource will be in charge of designing and experimenting with an agentic AI framework built on LangChain. The project explores the orchestration of intelligent agents capable of interacting with corporate data and external systems to automate complex supply chain tasks.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
Designing modular agents for KPI monitoring and trend extraction;
Integrating open-weight LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen) using back-ends like Ollama or vLLM;
Evaluating operational sustainability, focusing on latency and throughput in local inference scenarios;
Conducting comparative performance analysis between local and closed-weight API models (e.g., GPT);
Analyzing trade-offs between data privacy, control, and computational power.
The role requires possession of the following qualifications:
Enrolled in a Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields;
Strong programming skills;
In-depth interest in Large Language Models (LLM) and agentic architectures;
Aptitude for problem-solving and experimental research;
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
The work location will be our Headquarter in Bra (CN) or Turin.
