AI-Robotics Software Engineer – Cognitive Robotics Group

Join Eurecat – Technology Centre (Barcelona) as a highly motivated AI‑Robotics Software Engineer focused on applied R&D in Cognitive Robotics. The role emphasizes robot cognition, autonomous decision‑making, and natural human‑robot interaction, integrating advanced AI technologies such as semantic perception, multimodal architectures, large language models, and emerging agentic AI.

Our Robotics and Automation Unit has almost 20 years of experience in Service and Industrial Robotics. We strive to push robotic autonomy and intelligence across sectors such as assistive robotics, healthcare, flexible manufacturing, logistics, inspection, and field robotics (e.g., agriculture).

Location: Cerdanyola del Vallès, outside Barcelona – the city offers excellent quality of life and a vibrant robotics ecosystem.
