We use Chat, Voice, WhatsApp, and CRM automation to handle large volumes of high-intent inbound demand and convert it into revenue at scale.

We are hiring a Lead / Manager – AI Revenue & Sales Automation to own this growth engine end-to-end and ensure every AI investment directly improves conversion, revenue, and sales productivity.


Role Objective

Own and scale Frido’s AI-driven inside sales and conversational commerce funnel, with direct responsibility for revenue impact, conversion uplift, and cost efficiency.

This is a business leadership role, not a support or engineering role.

  • Chat, Voice, WhatsApp, CRM and inside sales workflows
  • Drive conversion rate, upsell, AOV, and revenue per lead using automation and AI
  • Revenue influenced by AI
  • Conversion uplift
  • Cost per conversion
  • Automation %
  • Sales team productivity
  • Decide where to deploy AI vs humans across the funnel to maximize ROI
  • Build and continuously optimize AI-first sales workflows


Key Responsibilities

  • Own Frido’s AI & automation strategy for inside sales and inbound revenue
  • Identify funnel leaks, sales bottlenecks, and scale constraints and solve them using AI and process redesign
  • Convert business goals into AI use-cases, not the other way around
  • Work with Product, Tech, Data, and Sales leaders to get things shipped and adopted
  • Drive continuous improvement in:
  • Lead-to-conversion rate
  • Response time
  • Cost per order
  • Agent efficiency
  • Own vendor / tool performance, ROI, and outcomes
  • Ensure AI systems actually close more orders, not just answer questions


Ideal Background

  • 3–6 years' experience in inside sales, revenue ops, growth, or business operations
  • Strong exposure to high-volume inbound sales or D2C funnels
  • Hands-on experience using:
  • Chatbots / WhatsApp automation / Voice AI / CRM automation (any)
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue or improving conversion using process, automation, or tech


Should understand:

  • What LLMs, Chatbots, Voice AI, automation, CRM integrations can and cannot do
  • How to use them to improve funnel economics
  • How to evaluate tools, vendors, and internal builds


Good to Have

  • Experience in D2C, e-commerce, performance marketing, or inside sales
  • Experience in startup or fast-scaling environments
  • Experience owning funnel metrics or revenue numbers
  • B.Tech or equivalent (optional)
