AI Search and SEO Manager

Overview

We’re looking for an AI Search and SEO Manager to be part of our Demand Generation team at Jobber. The role will push our SEO and AI Search strategy to increase organic visibility, qualified traffic, and conversion rates.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Organic and AI Search strategy. Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO and AI Search strategy that enhances our presence in traditional search engines and AI surfaces, aligned with business goals.
• Own reporting and insights. Define how we track Organic Search and AI visibility, deliver monthly performance reports, tie efforts to revenue impact, and translate results into roadmaps for leadership.
• Get hands-on. Perform technical audits (crawlability, indexation, site architecture, redirects, canonical issues, page speed), implement structured data, manage sitemaps, conduct keyword and intent research, guide migrations, and collabora...
