Job Title: AI Software Developer


Location: Houston, TX


Pay: $85 - $120/hour


Benefit Information: This position may be eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision and 401(k).


Fully Onsite, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy applications that integrate AI/ML with enterprise systems.
  • Build microservices and full-stack solutions using C# (Blazor) and Python, with SQL backends.
  • Implement secure authentication/authorization flows (SSO, Azure Active Directory, etc.).
  • Develop and integrate chatbots, copilots, and AI search tools powered by GPT models and semantic search.
  • Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into real business value.
  • Contribute to retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multimodal OCR/ICR, and other advanced AI patterns.
