AI Solution Architect (Product)

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect for AI projects. The Solution Architect shoud be a visionary technologist eager to contribute to the growth and refinement of our product suite, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

What skills we expect:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development with a robust portfolio displaying a diverse set of accomplished projects.

• At least 2 years in a Solution Architect role emphasizing complex architectural design.

• At least 2 years in designing solutions integrating with Machine Learning Models and/or Generative AI / LLMs

• Hands-on experience in pre-sales, including participation in discovery calls and solution presentations.

• English, with a minimum proficiency of a B2 level both spoken and written.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  

Key knowledge and hands-on experience in:

Back-End Development:

• Strong background in Node.js

• Experience with databases including SQL and NoSQL varieties like MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

• In-depth understanding of API technologies, including RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

• In-depth understanding of background job processing patterns and libraries like BullMQ, Celery, Hatchet or similar
  

AI Development:

• Experience with integration with third party AI Services or libraries

• Experience with deploying and serving AI models in production

• Experience working with LLM providers APIs like OpenAI, Anthrophic or similar

• Experience with vector databases and querying strategies (cosine similarity search, bm25 search, hybrid search)
  

DevOps and Cloud Environments:

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Proficiency with cloud service platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• Experience implementing continuous integration and delivery processes using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
  

Additional skills:

• Knowledge of architectural patterns, including Microservices and MVC, preferably with Nest.js

• Familiarity with frameworks such as Vue.js or React being an advantageous skill, from architectural perspective

• Experience working with Python

• Experience with Snowflake / Data architecture

• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.

• Familiarity with security best practices in software development.

• Understanding of cross-platform development and principles of accessibility.

• Familiarity with Real Estate domain.

• Exposure to AI technologies and their applications in modern architecture would be a distinct advantage.

What would you do:

• Lead the architectural design and technical strategy for product offerings and customer-centric projects, ensuring consistency with company goals.

• Develop comprehensive solution architecture frameworks encompassing both infrastructure and application components to address project requirements.

• Formulate accurate development estimates, assess risks, and contribute significantly to writing and solution pitching processes.

• Conduct thorough investigations and analyses of technical complexities, proposing optimal solutions for handling challenging issues that arise.

• Coordinate with project leadership and architects, clarifying technical barriers and detailing necessary project specifications.

• Proactively manage project scope, ensuring all deliverables align with agreed-upon objectives and client expectations.

• Facilitate project budgeting and timeline planning in collaboration with project managers and relevant stakeholders, aiming for cost-effective and timely solutions.

• Act as a technical mentor to junior team members, promoting continued learning and professional development within the technical team.

• Deliver pre-sales and technical consulting, advising potential clients solutions by understanding their requirements and aligning product capabilities to their needs.
