AI Solution Principal

We need a Strategic Technologist to bridge the gap between business vision and engineering execution. You will act as the primary client engagement lead for key accounts, translating client problems into scalable, compliant AI architectures (GenAI & Classic ML) and guiding teams from PoC to production in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Advisory: Lead technical workshops with C-suite stakeholders; translate business needs into actionable AI roadmaps and solution designs.
• Architecture & Governance: Design end-to-end, secure AI architectures (RAG, Agents, MLOps). Ensure compliance with data privacy standards in regulated industries (Banking/Healthcare).
• Delivery Leadership: Oversee the technical delivery of cross-functional teams (Data/ML Engineers), ensuring smooth transition from prototype to enterprise-scale deployment.

Tech Stack & Skills

• Data Foundation: Strong grasp of Data Analytics, Data Management, and Data Warehousing (SQL, ETL/ELT, Modern Data Stacks like Azure, Snowflake/Databricks).
• Core AI: Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Scikit-learn.
• GenAI: LLMs, RAG Architectures, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Vector DBs (Pinecone/Milvus), Agentic workflows.
• Cloud & Ops: AWS/Azure/GCP (Bedrock, Vertex, or AI Foundry), MLOps, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes.
• Architecture: Microservices, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0.

Must-Haves

• 8+ Years Experience: With a strong background in Consulting or Enterprise System Integration.
• Client-Facing Mastery: Ability to explain complex Data & AI concepts to non-technical leaders.
• Location & Domain Exposure: Experience with US clients and in Finance, Banking, or Healthcare domain is a major plus.
