This position is for an AI Solution Program Manager in Singapore, responsible for leading and scaling AI solution development programs that support the Digital Energy business, with a strong focus on Operational Efficiency and Energy Efficiency. This role acts as the bridge between business strategy and AI engineering execution, ensuring that AI/ML initiatives are aligned to customer value, commercial objectives, and the EcoStruxure Foresight platform roadmap. What will you do: AI Program & Portfolio Leadership Define and lead the AI solution development roadmap aligned to Digital Energy business priorities and EcoStruxure Foresight evolution. Translate business requirements and customer use cases into structured AI programs, solution backlogs, and delivery milestones. Prioritize AI initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and scalability. Business & Platform Alignment Act as the key interface between business stakeholders, product teams, and AI engineering teams. Ensure AI solutions support Digital Energy objectives in: Energy efficiency optimization Operational performance enhancement Predictive analytics and intelligent insights Align AI developments with EcoStruxure Foresight, EcoStruxure Building, and EcoStruxure Power platforms. Technical & Solution Governance Provide technical direction and architectural oversight for AI/ML solutions (without replacing hands-on engineering roles). Ensure AI models and solutions are: Robust, explainable, and maintainable Designed for deployment at edge, cloud, or hybrid architectures Integrated seamlessly with Digital Energy platforms and customer systems Establish best practices for model lifecycle management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. Team Leadership & Capability Building Lead, coach, and grow a team of AI Engineers, fostering strong engineering discipline and innovation mindset. Define role responsibilities, skill development paths, and knowledge-sharing practices within the AI team. Support recruitment, onboarding, and capability development for AI talent. Stakeholder & Customer Engagement Engage with internal stakeholders (sales, solution architects, product teams) to shape AI-enabled value propositions. Support customer engagements by articulating AI solution concepts, benefits, and roadmaps. Contribute to proposals, solution designs, and strategic pursuits involving AI-enabled Digital Energy solutions. Compliance, Ethics & Security Ensure AI programs comply with data privacy, cybersecurity, and ethical AI standards. Promote responsible AI principles, governance, and risk management across solution development. What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering or related field 5–7+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML, advanced analytics, or digital solution development. Proven experience leading AI programs, solution portfolios, or multi-project initiatives. Experience in energy systems, building automation, industrial systems, or smart infrastructure is strongly preferred. Skills & Competencies AI & Technical Understanding (Leadership Level) Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and deployment considerations. Ability to guide teams on model selection, data strategy, and performance trade-offs. Familiarity with cloud, edge computing, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and MLOps concepts. Business & Program Leadership Strong ability to translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions. Experience managing roadmaps, priorities, and cross-functional dependencies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Platform & Domain Knowledge Experience with EcoStruxure platforms (Building, Power, or related) is a strong advantage.
