AI Solutions Engineer

Hayward Hawk is working with a major enterprise within financial services that is embedding AI directly into its core technology stack. This role sits within a mature Data & Analytics function, focused on delivering robust, production-grade AI systems that support complex, real-world use cases. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who wants to build intelligent applications that are genuinely used across the organisation, within a highly regulated environment where quality, resilience, and security are critical. The role You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions across the business.
