What You Will Do

  • Enterprise & Standard Support: You will manage support across all client tiers. This includes handling complex custom implementations for Enterprise clients while providing efficient, day-to-day troubleshooting for standard users.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: You will diagnose and resolve logic errors, infinite loops, and variable configuration issues within our node-based builder by using back-end logs/systems.
  • Live Implementation: You will join calls with enterprise clients to build and configure custom workflows in real-time, ensuring their agents are set up correctly for deployment.
  • Video-First Resolution: You will manage support tickets with a focus on clarity. Instead of long text replies, you will frequently record Loom videos to visually explain fixes and guide users through the solution.
