Job Description

Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team in AI system development with administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, train, and refine chatbot and voice-enabled AI modules for virtual assistants
  • Support AI solution setup based on conversation flows and common customer use cases
  • Maintain structured records related to chatbot development, testing, and user feedback
  • Assist in reviewing customer interactions to improve chatbot accuracy and experience
  • Provide administrative and coordination support, including:
  • Data entry and documentation

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree candidates or fresh graduates
  • Strong communication skills and customer-centric mindset
  • Interest in AI, digital solutions, or technology products
