Job Description
Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team in AI system development with administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, train, and refine chatbot and voice-enabled AI modules for virtual assistants
- Support AI solution setup based on conversation flows and common customer use cases
- Maintain structured records related to chatbot development, testing, and user feedback
- Assist in reviewing customer interactions to improve chatbot accuracy and experience
- Provide administrative and coordination support, including:
- Data entry and documentation
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree candidates or fresh graduates
- Strong communication skills and customer-centric mindset
