Responsibilities

1. Exposure to Agent and Agentic AI development. Experience level is 3+ in Gen AI and related technologies.
2. End-to-End Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives and existing systems.
3. Model and Algorithm Implementation: Build, customize, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models using frameworks such as LangChain, Llama Index from Hugging Face.
4. Data Engineering: Oversee the entire data pipeline—from data acquisition and cleaning to feature engineering—to ensure robust and high-quality model inputs.
5. Model Training and Evaluation: Manage end-to-end model training, tuning, and validation using scalable workflows and defined performance metrics.
