AI Training Specialist (Full Remote)

As an AI Training Specialist, you will be at the heart of our mission to democratize AI usage across the Leadtech organization. Reporting to the Head of AI, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and hands-on sessions to empower teams across departments, marketing, operations, HR, and more to confidently adopt AI tools in their daily life.

You’ll be the trusted guide for colleagues exploring new AI capabilities, supporting them through a structured enablement journey that balances learning, experimentation, and applied value.
