AI UX Designer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI UX Designer (Explainability + Human-AI Interaction) to lead the creation of transparent, explainable, and psychologically aware interfaces for AI-powered systems. In this role, you will translate complex machine learning outputs into intuitive, trust-building user experiences that promote responsible adoption and confident decision-making.

You’ll collaborate closely with product teams, legal and compliance stakeholders, and AI engineers to align design patterns with emerging governance frameworks and user needs. This position blends design thinking, cognitive psychology, and technical understanding to deliver experiences that are not only compliant—but deeply human.
