Intouch Tech is expanding our AI voice offering and we’re hiring a specialist to design, refine, and maintain AI voice agent prompts for customers. This role is focused entirely on prompting, conversation flows, and continuous improvement based on customer requests and real call outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Write and maintain high-quality AI voice prompts and system instructions for voice agents (primarily Retell and Vapi )
>Improve conversation flows: greetings, verification, triage, objection handling, escalation, and handoff to humans
• Make customer-requested changes quickly and accurately (tone, wording, compliance constraints, branching logic)
