AI Workflow & Capability Lead (AI Enablement) – Fixed-Term 6–9 Months

The role (why we need you)

MMC (AU engineering/industrial services, ~120 staff) is early in AI adoption. We want someone to rapidly uplift AI capability in our PH team and build repeatable AI workflows that staff can run and extend without ongoing external help.

What you’ll do

• Map current admin/knowledge/reporting workflows and rebuild them with AI + automation

• Improve knowledge search/reuse (SOPs, templates, historical docs)

• Support document control + templates + a governed library

• Build standard reporting workflows + basic tracking (time saved, errors reduced, adoption)

• Coach/mentor PH + AU staff so capability sticks
