Experience-10-16 Years

Required Technical Skill Set**

- Deep expertise in AI/ML architecture design (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)

- Familiarity with large language models and Generative AI

- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Strong understanding of MLOps for continuous integration and deployment

- Proficiency in data pipelines, data lakes, and feature engineering

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Proven expertise in AI/ML system design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to create scalable and flexible architectures
• Deep understanding of cloud and hybrid infrastructures
• Experience with high-volume, real-time data systems

Good-to-Have(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Exposure to deep learning in NLP or Computer Vision
• Experience with security and compliance in AI systems
• Knowledge of DevOps and agile development practices
• Familiarity with explainable AI and bias mitigation
• Strong collaboration and technical documentation skills

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Define and design AI/ML/GenAI architectures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements
• Ensure scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness of AI solutions
• Integrate AI systems with existing enterprise architecture
• Conduct architectural reviews and provide technical guidance
