Job Role: AI/ML Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Developer with strong hands-on experience in machine learning, data science, and AI-driven solution development. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers and product managers to design, build, and deploy intelligent models that solve real-world business problems and deliver measurable value.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning and AI solutions using Python
  
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define hypotheses, solutions, and expected outcomes
  
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ML, AI, and statistical modeling for business use cases
  
• Design and implement models using:
  
• Machine Learning and Optimization techniques
  
• Neural Networks and Deep Learning
  
• Artificial Intelligence approaches including NLP/NLU
  
• Apply data engineering techniques to collect, prepare, cleanse, and transform data
  
• Build and maintain data pipelines to support analytics and AI automation
  
• Work with data from social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, etc.
  
• Create prototypes and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
  
• Generate meaningful insights, predictions, and recommendations
  
• Demonstrate clear business value from AI/ML initiatives
  
• Mentor and coach team members and contribute to technical excellence
  

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist / AI-ML Developer
  
• Strong understanding of ML and AI algorithms, including:
  
• Linear & Logistic Regression
  
• Decision Trees, Random Forests
  
• K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN)
  
• Neural Networks
  
• NLP / NLU techniques
  
• 5+ years of experience with ML frameworks such as:
  
• TensorFlow
  
• PyTorch
  
• Keras
  
• Spark ML
  
• 4+ years of strong coding experience in:
  
• Python (mandatory)
  
• R, Scala, Go (good to have)
  
• Experience using source control systems such as Git
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system setup
  
• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
  
• Experience building microservices using Docker and Kubernetes
  
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing services in Kubernetes
  
• Experience with AWS AI/ML and Cloud services, including:
  
• SageMaker, Comprehend, Lex, Rekognition, Transcribe
  
• EKS, Lambda, S3
  
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting production AI/ML systems
  
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical discipline
