Job Description :

  • Design and support implementation of AIOps solutions that use AI/ML to automate cloud and IT operations monitoring, alerting, incident, and problem management.
  • Design end-to-end automation pipelines that connect telemetry, event data, and ITSM workflows (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.
  • Build concepts for intelligent agent solutions that can analyse logs, correlate alerts, predict incidents, and trigger automated remediation actions. Define business need for data ingestion and processing pipelines for metrics, traces, and logs from multiple cloud systems.
  • Guide implementation teams for self-healing mechanisms and AI-driven decision engines for service restoration Review, analyse and identify improvement areas of operating model enterprise cloud services.

Mandatory Skills - AIOps + AI/ML.
