Notice Period: Immediate to 10 Days

Role:

We are looking for a Senior Conversational AI / Voice Assistant Engineer to design and deploy real-time, production-grade voice assistants . This role focuses on low-latency NLP, LLMs, and GPU-optimized inference , working closely with hardware/robotics systems.

This is a hands-on engineering role , not a research-only or POC-based position.

Responsibilites:

• Build and deploy real-time conversational AI and voice assistant systems
• Develop NLP pipelines covering intent classification, entity extraction, and dialogue management
• Work on latency-sensitive voice workflows (STT → NLU → LLM → TTS)
• Optimize model inference using NVIDIA GPUs and CUDA
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy models using PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Handle real-world language challenges such as accents, slang, and noisy environments
• Integrate conversational AI systems with hardware or robotic platforms
• Design complete end-to-end voice interaction flows

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in NLP & Conversational AI (LLMs, NLU, STT, TTS) with production deployments
• Proven experience building real-time voice assistants
• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA GPUs (CUDA, inference optimization)
• Strong experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Expert-level Python and solid Linux experience
• Experience with agent-based architectures and tool calling

Important Note:

We are specifically looking for candidates who have:

• Worked on real-time, production systems (not academic projects)
• Hands-on GPU/CUDA experience
• Clear ownership of conversational AI components in past projects
