Machine Learning Engineer (LLMs)

Fully Remote | Up to £100,000 (DOE)

We're working with a well-funded, early-stage tech company operating at the intersection of behavioural science and applied AI. They're building intelligent, real-world AI products and are now looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with strong LLM experience to join their growing team.

This is a hands-on role where you'll have real ownership, influence technical direction, and work closely with product and engineering teams.


What you'll be doing

  • Designing, building and deploying LLM-powered systems end to end

  • Developing and optimising RAG pipelines , prompt strategies and workflows

  • Working with GCP services, particularly Vertex AI

  • Writing clean, scalable production code in Python
