**AI/ML Engineer**
**Location**: Guadalajara, Jal (On-site)
**Client**: TCS (Working for one of the world’s largest cruise lines, headquartered in Miami, USA)
**Role Overview**:
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- Solid experience developing and deploying ML models.
- Production-grade monitoring and MLOps experience.
- Proficiency in Python (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
- Ability to translate RCA analysis into automated intelligent recommendation systems.
- Background in auto-triage and AI-powered ticket routing.
- Experience with classification, recommendation, or predictive analytics models.
- Exposure to self-healing systems (auto-remediation) in SRE or DevOps environments.
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience using AppDynamics or Google Analytics for predictive analysis.
- CI/CD integration within ML pipelines.
- Experience with Azure Machine Learning.
- Certifications in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
