  • Define and execute the company's technical vision and long-term roadmap.


  • Lead, mentor, and expand the engineering team, with a significant presence in India.


  • Drive product innovation by identifying and building onto the core and allied AI/ML-products.


  • Oversee the development and enhancement of the core product offering.


  • Be a hands-on leader, able to contribute to the codebase, particularly in areas like model training and RAG.

  • A successful candidate for this role is a leader who can blend deep technical expertise of building enterprise-grade platforms, with strategic business acumen.
  • Ideally, you would have a strong background in AI/ML engineering (model training and building RAG), or have dabbled it in enough to lead a global product offering & inspire the team.
  • You can work in a remote setup with teams present across locations, and be able to lead them effectively.
  • Beyond technical expertise, you have a keen product mindset. Looking for someone who's not just waiting for product briefs; rather proactively identifying opportunities to leverage AI/ML to create new product offerings.
