Role Overview

 

We are looking for an AI/ML Senior Developer to design, build, and optimize AI-powered features and conversational systems for B2B SaaS products. This role focuses on working with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT and Anthropic models, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning/tweaking, and model evaluation.

 

The ideal candidate is hands-on, comfortable with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot, and experienced in building production-grade chatbots and AI workflows.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 



Design and develop AI/ML-powered features using LLMs (GPT, Anthropic, etc.)


Analyze, evaluate, and optimize LLM behavior, responses, and performance


Perform prompt engineering, prompt tuning, and response optimization


Build, train, and maintain AI chatbots and conversational agents


Integrate AI models into B2B SaaS products via APIs and microservices


Implement feedback loops for continuous improvement of AI outputs


Use AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) for faster and cleaner development


Collaborate closely with Product, ML, Full Stack, and QA teams


Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and compliance of AI components



 

 

Required Skills & Experience

 



5–8 years of experience in AI/ML development or advanced backend engineering


Strong hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, Anthropic, or similar


Expertise in prompt engineering, prompt tuning, and output optimization


Experience building and deploying AI chatbots and conversational systems


Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or other relevant languages


Experience integrating AI models via APIs into production systems


Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)


Understanding of AI model evaluation, hallucination handling, and response validation



 

 

Good to Have

 



Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures


Exposure to vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)


Experience with MLOps and model lifecycle management


Knowledge of data privacy, security, and AI governance


Experience working in product-based or SaaS companies
