Location: Greater Noida, Hyderabad, Bengaluru & Pune

We at Coforge are hiring AI/ML Senior Engineers with the following skillset:
Key Responsibilities:
- Own data exploration, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, A/B testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Build and optimize systems for text classification, NER, summarization, semantic search, topic modeling, embeddings, sentiment analysis, RAG pipelines, and prompt-engineering for LLMs.
- Implement models using TensorFlow/PyTorch/Keras/Scikit-learn; leverage pretrained transformers (e.g., BERT, RoBERTa, T5, Llama-based) and fine-tune as appropriate.
- Package models for serving (e.g., TorchScript, ONNX), implement CI/CD, automate training/inference pipelines (Airflow/Prefect), and enable observability (drift, latency, accuracy).
- Architect scalable data/ML workflows on Azure/AWS/GCP using managed services (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML), cloud storage/data lakes, serverless, and container orchestration.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7–10 years of professional experience in AI/ML with at least 3+ years focused on NLP.
- Strong in Python and ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn (expert in at least one deep learning framework).
- Hands-on with transformer architectures, embeddings, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus), and tokenization (SentencePiece, Hugging Face Tokenizers).
- Experience deploying ML in production on Azure, AWS, or GCP using managed ML platforms (Azure ML / SageMaker / Vertex AI) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficient with Git, CI/CD, and MLOps tooling (MLflow, Weights & Biases, DVC, Kubeflow, Feast).
