Job Title: Hybrid Cloud – AIOps Architect

Job Summary:


We are seeking a seasoned AIOps Architect with 12–15 years of experience in IT operations, observability, automation and intelligent operations across large-scale hybrid cloud environments. This role is responsible for defining enterprise AIOps architecture, strategy and operating models, and for leading complex AIOps transformation programs for global clients.


The role combines deep technical architecture expertise, AI-driven operations strategy and senior client advisory capabilities. The ideal candidate will drive AIOps vision, platform architecture, governance and roadmap execution while influencing senior stakeholders across IT Operations, Cloud, SRE and Service Management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the enterprise AIOps architecture and reference patterns across observability, event intelligence, automation, and service management layers.

  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and architecture design of AIOps platforms such as Moogsoft, BigPanda, Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog and ServiceNow ITOM at scale.

  • Design end-to-end observability architectures spanning metrics, logs, traces, topology, telemetry and business service mapping across hybrid environments.

  • Establish AI/ML-driven operational models for anomaly detection, event correlation, root cause analysis, predictive operations and self-healing automation.

  • Define AIOps operating models, governance frameworks and integration patterns aligned with ITSM, SRE, DevOps and CloudOps.

  • Lead client-facing advisory engagements, including executive workshops, AIOps maturity assessments, target-state design and multi-year transformation roadmaps.

  • Architect AIOps integration across hybrid cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, OpenStack, Kubernetes and container ecosystems.

  • Oversee the design of automation and remediation frameworks, leveraging Python, APIs, event-driven automation and workflow orchestration tools.

  • Guide and review proof-of-concepts (PoCs), pilots and scaled implementations, ensuring architectural integrity and value realization.

  • Drive solution storytelling, business cases, executive presentations, and pre-sales pursuits related to AIOps and intelligent operations.

  • Mentor senior engineers and consultants, providing architectural direction, technical governance and design assurance across engagements.

    • Qualifications:

  • 12–15 years of experience in IT Operations, Observability, AIOps, Automation, and Service Management.

  • Proven experience designing enterprise-scale AIOps and observability architectures across complex hybrid environments.

  • Deep understanding of AIOps principles including event intelligence, anomaly detection, RCA, predictive analytics, and closed-loop automation.

  • Strong hands-on and architectural expertise with platforms including: AIOps & Observability: Moogsoft, Splunk (Core & ITSI), Dynatrace (Davis AI), Datadog
    ITOM & Service Management: ServiceNow

  • Strong proficiency in automation, scripting and integration using Python, REST APIs, event streams, and workflow engines.

  • Extensive experience in client-facing consulting, advisory and transformation leadership roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
