If you are a hands-on technical leader looking to define the future of AI reliability and operations at an enterprise scale, this is your next big challenge. You’ll be joining the AI Engineering team to build and scale our initial AIOps capability , ensuring that AI-enabled services for world-class airlines are reliable, cost-effective, and high-performing.

This is a player-coach role . You will personally drive the technical vision and roadmap for AIOps while leading and mentoring a high-impact team of engineers. You’ll move fast to deliver early value while laying the foundations for a scalable, enterprise-grade approach to AI in production.
