Summary About the Position: The Air and Missile Defense Specialist, GS-0301-12, serves as an action officer within the Headquarters US European Command (HQ EUCOM) Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Division and the Joint Operations Center (JOC) with duties assigned to the Plans and Operations Center. The primary duties of this position are to assist with operations, crisis planning, and execution of IAMD operations within the command area of responsibility (AOR). Responsibilities Provide technical support for the development of USEUCOM IAMD operational execution. Serve as the main source of information on the employment, execution, and operations of IAMD situational awareness systems.
