Salary and Benefits of an air conditioning engineer :-

* 40-50k basic salary depending on experience with air conditioning

* May look at a junior engineer from 35k upwards if you have limited experience but a great attitude to work

* Door to door travel pay

* No call out but plenty of overtime if wanted

* Van, phone, iPad, fuel card, uniform, specialist tools

* 20 days holidays + 8 bank holidays – this increases with length of service
