The successful candidate will support both planned and reactive maintenance activities, providing reliable building services performance while promoting safe systems of work and excellent customer service.

You will work closely with clients and colleagues to maintain optimal environmental conditions and uphold the highest standards of technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive repairs on HVAC, refrigeration, and chiller systems.
  • Diagnose faults and repair compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, valves, and associated components.
  • Service, test, and adjust boilers, ventilation systems, and air-handling units.
  • Perform skilled electrical tasks on HVAC systems, including motors, controls, and wiring.
