**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will serve as a business analyst supporting transformation engagements shaped or orchestrated with the support of Enterprise Strategy. You will assist in researching industry best practices and key change drivers impacting enterprises within that industry.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Conduct Industry Research: Research industry best practices and key change drivers impacting enterprises within that industry, including gathering and synthesizing key operational and performance data pertaining to the client's enterprise.
• Analyze Business Processes: Perform business, process, technology, product, pricing, policy, and/or governance research and analysis, including value assessment and orchestration.
• Document Operating Models: Document as-is processes and operating models to inform strategic engagements that guide business transformation.
• Formulate Recommendations: Assist with recommendation formulation and visualization in support of strategic engagements that guide business transformation.
• Support Transformation Engagements: Support transformation engagements by providing business analysis and research expertise to help drive business transformation.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
• Exposure to Business Analysis: Experience working with business analysis concepts, tools, and techniques, including data gathering, synthesis, and performance metrics analysis.
• Industry Research Skills: Exposure to researching industry best practices, key change drivers, and market trends, with the ability to gather and synthesize key operational and performance data.
• Process Documentation: Experience working with process documentation, including documenting as-is processes and operating models to inform strategic engagements.
• Business Process Analysis: Exposure to performing business, process, technology, product, pricing, policy, and/or governance research and analysis, including value assessment and orchestration.
• Data-Driven Insights: Experience working with data to inform business decisions, including data gathering, analysis, and visualization to support strategic engagements.
*Must be eligible for and maintain a federal security clearance.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
• Industry Research Skills: Exposure to researching industry best practices, key change drivers, and market trends is beneficial. Ability to gather and synthesize key operational and performance data is a plus.
• Business Process Improvement: Experience working with process improvement initiatives, including analyzing and optimizing business processes, is desirable.
• Data Visualization Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques to support strategic engagements is advantageous.
