Aircraft Assembly Technicians

STS Technical Services is hiring Assembly Technicians in Melbourne, Florida. In this role, you will perform a wide range of assembly and repair tasks on electronic and mechanical components, subassemblies, and structures. From working hands-on with jigs and blueprints to inspecting finished work for FAA compliance, you’ll be part of a team that keeps production precise, efficient, and airworthy. Job Responsibilities Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables Work from diagrams, drawings, and layouts using hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws Conduct continuity checks on work in process and completed assemblies Perform quality inspections on processing lines in accordance with quality specifications Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies as needed Follow approved assembly p...
