**Job Title:** Human Factors Engineering and Flight Deck Specialist

**About the Role:** We are seeking a skilled specialist to join our team as a Human Factors Engineer and Flight Deck Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing user-centered workstations and human-machine interfaces (HMIs) for military aircraft platforms.
**Responsibilities:**

• Design and develop HMIs that meet human factors criteria, including visibility, reachability, physical usability, ingress and egress.
• Evaluate cognitive ergonomics aspects such as operator workload, usability, situational awareness, and human error.
• Determine environmental factors affecting operation like lighting conditions and noise levels.

The ideal candidate will have experience in system engineering,
