My client is a high-profile aircraft lessor who has a requirement for a Contract Administrator/Operations Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading leasing firm.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage a designated portfolio of airline customer accounts
  • Manage rent and invoicing processes
  • Support colleagues and associated teams
  • Work on process improvement initiatives
  • Schedule and manage lease contract events
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable
  • Build and develop relationships with internal teams
  • Supporting IT projects
  • Ensure accurate data input and maintenance
  • Manage customer feedback

  • Requirements:


  • At least 2 years' experience in a support, process improvement or similar operations role
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable is an advantage
