About This Role
Routine maintenance: Conduct daily, weekly, and periodic inspections with AME in accordance with manufacturer manuals and aviation authority requirements.
Engine servicing: Maintain and repair Lycoming IO-360 and other piston engine variants used in DA40/DA42 aircraft.
Airframe checks: Inspect composite structures, control surfaces, landing gear, and cabin systems.
Avionics support: Assist in troubleshooting Garmin G1000 and other avionics systems installed in Diamond aircraft.
Documentation: Assist in completing maintenance logs, service records, and compliance reports accurately.
Parts management: Identify and replace defective components with approved parts.
