We’re Hiring: Airdrop Operations Manager (Remote, Argentina)

We are expanding our internal Web3 operations function. We are currently hiring an Airdrop Operations Manager to support the execution and monitoring of rewards and incentive-based campaigns used in our internal research and market initiatives.

This role is operational in nature and focuses on airdrop execution, participant tracking, and basic anti-sybil controls . It is not a community or growth role.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage airdrop campaigns using tools such as Zealy, Galxe, or Layer3
• Track participant activity, completion rates, and eligibility
• Apply basic anti-sybil checks and validation logic
• Maintain clear operational documentation and reporting
• Coordinate campaign timelines and execution steps
