Job Overview

The position of Aircraft Structures Engineer involves overseeing the inspection and supervision of aircraft structures, paintwork, and machining tasks during shifts across Etihad's fleet. This includes evaluating damage assessments, executing repairs according to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications, and ensuring compliance with GCAA standards for safety.

This role entails leading a team responsible for inspecting aircraft or engine damages, identifying necessary repairs based on OEM instructions, reviewing repair manuals and documents for assessment procedures. The engineer will also communicate with the Maintenance Control Centre (MCC) regarding any out-of-limits damages found.
