Role & responsibilities

• Perform and certify maintenance tasks on aircraft, including troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and component replacement.
• Ensure compliance with DGCA CAR-66, company procedures, and OEM manuals.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections as required.
• Coordinate with MCC, CAMO, and line maintenance teams to ensure aircraft serviceability.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities in accordance with DGCA requirements.
• Participate in redelivery, induction, and modification projects.
• Monitor and ensure timely closure of deferred defects (MEL/CDL).
• Train and guide technicians and junior engineers on maintenance practices.
• Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance for maintenance operations.
