Responsibilities
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with internal LFS stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage customer expectations effectively
- Coordinate Corrective and Preventative Actions with internal and external customers
- Build and maintain rapport with customers to meet their requirements
