Airfreight Operations Executive [EL]

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end airfreight operations from shipment booking to final delivery.
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, transporters, and overseas agents.
• Prepare, check, and process airfreight documents including AWB, manifests, and customs paperwork.
• Ensure shipments comply with airline, customs, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor flight schedules and ensure timely cargo uplift and delivery.
• Manage cargo handling, warehouse coordination, and delivery arrangements.
• Resolve operational issues such as delays, rollovers, or documentation discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate operational records and update systems accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal SOPs.
