Job Description

The Airfreight Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating air freight shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely, cost‑effective, and compliant delivery of cargo. This role involves close coordination with airlines, agents, customs brokers, and clients while maintaining accurate shipment documentation and tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end air freight operations (import, export, and cross‑trade)
• Book shipments with airlines and coordinate flight schedules
• Prepare and process air freight documents (AWB, HAWB, MAWB, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to clients
• Coordinate with customs brokers for clearance requirements
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and airline requirements
• Resolve shipment issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies
