Airport Ground Staff are responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of airport facilities and providing excellent customer service to passengers. Responsibilities include:- Assisting passengers with check-in and boarding procedures- Handling baggage and cargo- Directing aircraft on the tarmac- Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and aircraft- Communicating with air traffic control and other airport staff- Resolving customer complaints and inquiries.Skills required for Airport Ground Staff include:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-
