Job Description

Guest Arrival Management: Handle guests’ arrivals, including pick-up requests,luggage assistance, and transportation to the hotel.

Flight Coordination: Be present at scheduled flight landings to assist incoming guests withbaggage clearance and guide them to transport facilities.

VIP & VVIP Service: Ensure VIP and VVIP guests are welcomedprofessionally, with seamless transportation arrangements.

Guest Assistance & Information: Provide information on hotel facilities and assistguests with car transfers or official car rentals when needed.

Airport Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with airport personnel, including airlineemployees, immigration, and customs officers, to facilitate smooth guestservices.
