Job Opportunity: Airport Representatives for the airport of HERAKLION

Cretan Holidays S.A., one of Greece's largest and most innovative Destination Management Companies (DMC), is seeking to recruit dedicated employees for the summer season 2026.

Job Description:

As an Airport Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our Tour Operator guests.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests and distributing welcome booklets
  • Coordinating comfortable, prompt, and timely arrival transfers
  • Delivering bus speeches with essential information for guests
  • Ensuring the quality of transfer services at the airport area
  • Assisting guests with departure flight check-ins
  • Handling ad hoc issues, such as lost luggage
  • What We Look For:

  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written). Candidates speaking German, Dutch, French, Danish, Swedish will be prioritized
  • A strong customer service attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work in uniform
  • Prior experience in airport duties (preferred but not essential)
  • Local Residency (accommodation is not provided)
