Airtable Developer

Job Summary

LatentView Analytics is looking for an Airtable Developer to build and optimize scalable Airtable solutions for client business operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong logical thinking, a builder mindset, and hands-on experience with relational data and automations. Onboarding for Airtable automations will be provided.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Airtable bases using linked records, lookups, and rollups
• Create and optimize Airtable formulas and workflows
• Build, support, and troubleshoot Airtable automations
• Translate business requirements into scalable Airtable solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and smooth system performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional and client stakeholders
• Support basic JavaScript scripting when required

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of relational data concepts in Airtable
• Experience with Airtable formulas and automation support
• Logical, problem-solving mindset
• Clear communication and collaboration skills
• JavaScript knowledge is a plus
