Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Track and Trace After-Hours Staffing Support to provide operational and administrative assistance outside of standard business hours. This role is critical in ensuring continuity of service for enterprise-level accounts, supporting load building, appointment scheduling, and proactive customer communication. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment during after-hours shifts.
Key Responsibilities
You will take ownership and lead the process for the following areas (not limited to):
Build loads after-hours in the Transportation Management System (TMS) for enterprise-level accounts not integrated through EDI (both over-the-road and drayage).
Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer orders into the TMS system.
Schedule and confirm pickup and delivery appointments with shippers and receivers.
