AKS Technical Specialist (DevOps, Cloud)

The WMI Core stream provides Core Banking capabilities across WM International locations, and works towards integration and synergies across WMI locations, driving capability-driven and modular platform strategy for Core Banking.

We are seeking talented Developers with exposure to Temenos Transact and/or Temenos Payment Hub, ready to work on agile banking transformation projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement cloud-native solutions using Azure services (e.g., AKS, Azure Functions, Event Hubs, Data Factory).

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Ansible, and scripting languages (Python, Java).

• Manage containerized deployments with Kubernetes and Helm.

• Monitor cloud environments using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics (KQL), and custom dashboards.

• Ensure security and compliance through RBAC, UAMI, and tagging strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile delivery environments.

• Optimize cloud costs and performance across multiple environments (DEV, TE1, TE2, PROD).

• Azure infrastructure management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure and infrastructure-as-code.

• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Java).

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, and Helm.

• Familiarity with Azure networking, identity management, and governance.

• Experience with monitoring tools and incident response workflows.

• Understanding of data integration and ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
