**AI Engineer**
We’re seeking a curious, motivated AI Engineer to join our team
and help build the next generation of intelligent talent technology. This is a
hands-on opportunity to immerse yourself in the development and deployment of
AI and machine learning within a real-world, enterprise SaaS environment.
You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, delving into large language
models, recommender systems, visualization techniques, and other AI tools that
make work more personal and efficient.
**In this role you will…**
+ Support the design, development, and testing of AI-drivenfeatures within Cornerstone’s Galaxy ecosystem.
+ Contribute to projects alongside senior engineers, involvingnatural language processing (NLP), recommendation systems, generative AI,and data visualization.
+ Help collect, clean, and prepare datasets for model training,evaluation, and visualization.
