ALGO Trading (Back End)- for Gretex Group Role: We are looking for a candidate with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a strong understanding of its applications in financial markets. The role involves developing, testing, and optimizing algorithmic trading strategies by leveraging advanced technology and back-testing tools. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies across multiple markets, including NIFTY, SENSEX, commodities, stocks, and cryptocurrencies. Responsibilities & Deliverables: - 1) Algorithm Development & Back-End Support 2) Back-Testing & Optimization 3) Market Strategy Design 4) Technology & AI/ML Tools Utilization 5) Back-End Understanding & Collaboration Requirements Task & Activities: - 1) Algorithm Development & Back-End Support a) Develop, test, and optimize algorithmic trading strategies. b) Work on back-end systems to ensure seamless integration and execution of strategies. 2) Back-Testing & Optimization a) Use advanced back-testing tools and AI/ML techniques to validate trading models. b) Continuously monitor and fine-tune strategies for improved performance. 3) Market Strategy Design a) Build and implement trading strategies across multiple markets including NIFTY, SENSEX, commodities, stocks, and cryptocurrencies. b) Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. 4) Technology & AI/ML Tools Utilization a) Apply Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and quantitative tools to enhance trading models. b) Stay updated with the latest technologies and tools relevant to algo trading. 5) Back-End Understanding & Collaboration a) Ensure strong understanding of back-end processes related to trading systems. b) Collaborate with developers, analysts, and traders to maintain system efficiency and scalability.

4-5 years
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT operations, network administration, or related roles. Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cybersecurity, cloud services, and databases. Experience managing IT teams and leading cross-functional projects. Solid understanding of ITIL and IT service management frameworks. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and handle high-pressure situations. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure. Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms. Knowledge of automation tools, scripting, or DevOps fundamentals. Familiarity with data analytics or AI-driven IT tools.
