The Algorithm Architect -MCU will define, design, and validate the algorithms that control electric motors in EVs or hybrid vehicles. This role focuses on torque control, motor efficiency optimization, field-oriented control (FOC), sensorless control, and system-level integration of motor control algorithms across embedded hardware platforms. You will serve as the technical authority for motor control algorithms, ensuring high-performance, safety-compliant, and scalable solutions for traction and auxiliary motor systems.
